Promotion Development Course (PDC)
This course is designed to discover your promotion potential, develop your leadership skills and demystify promotion selection processes.
The main reason why candidates who seek promotion are unsuccessful is because they fail to understand their own skills, fail to develop themselves and fail to deal with the selection process effectively.
The PDC is designed to deal with all of these issues to ensure candidates are successful at the Application, Assessment and Interview stages of the process.
Promotion skills only need to be learned once. You will use what you learn on the PDC throughout the remainder of your career.
The PDC is delivered as single day course for 12 delegates or on a one-to-one basis.
See below for Venue Information
If you are interested in attending a PDC please contact us to discuss your situation and arrange training that is timely and convenient for you. Just e-mail us through the website Contact Us page stating your personal circumstances and we can design a development programme to meet your needs.
Web Based Coaching.
One-to-one and small group coaching sessions are conducted through web based Skype conference calls.
Many forces use filter Interviews to select people before they go forward to assessment centre or after they have been successful at assessment. Coaching packages to prepare for these interviews are conducted through Skype calls and are supported with presentational material and supporting documentation. This is ideal for those candidates that are some distance from ISP training centres because you can save on travelling time and costs. This service is also flexible and designed to fit around your work and personal commitments.
You can download Skype totally free from www.skype.com
