Good preparation is the key 
ISP runs on-going coaching programmes for individuals and small groups which are designed to take your development to a high level where you will be seeking to achieve a pass mark of
70%+ at the Assessment Centre (AC).
The seminars are a package of four half days that run in the weeks leading up to your assessment day. If you enrol on the package you will complete a minimum of four sessions and be entitled to attend additional sessions before the assessment day. There is no extra charge for these additional sessions. We operate on the basis that once you have enrolled we are totally committed to getting you a good mark at the AC. If you are unable to attend the seminar dates or you need more development work, one-to-one sessions will be available to you. If you wish to come along to one session, or pay as you go, you will be most welcome.
 You will receive tuition, support materials and have the opportunity to practice each of the exercises to ensure you achieve the level required. The exercises include: numerical test, verbal logical reasoning test, interactive scenarios, written exercises and competency based interview.
The seminars are a great way of learning and practicing with a small group of other candidates. You will learn from each other and gain the confidence to know you can achieve well beyond the standard required. You will be surprised just how fast you will progress during these sessions.
The seminars run about six weeks prior to each of the assessment centre dates on Saturday mornings from 9am until 1pm. If you cannot attend these sessions we will design a programme that is convenient to you.
